Invoice Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Just Ask Bec. Please find below the terms and conditions for invoicing:

Payment Terms: 
Payment is due by the due date noted on the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late Payment:
A late payment fee of a percentage of 2% may be charged on overdue balances. Interest will accrue on late payments at a rate of 2% per annum calculated daily.

Acceptable Payment Methods:
We accept payment via bank transfer or credit/debit card,  Please note that additional fees may be applied by your financial institution for certain payment methods.

Invoice Disputes:
Any disputes regarding an invoice must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to notify us of any disputes within this timeframe will be considered as an acknowledgment of the invoice’s accuracy.

Currency:
Unless otherwise specified, all invoices are issued in United States Dollars (USD).

Invoice Currency Conversion:
If payment is made in a currency other than USD, the client is responsible for any currency conversion fees and ensuring that the full invoiced amount is received by us.

Late Fees:
In the event of late payment, Just Ask Bec reserves the right to suspend services and charge late fees as outlined in Late Payment.

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellations are allowed once services have been engaged, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Non-Transferability:
Invoices are non-transferable without prior written consent from Just Ask Bec.

Additional Charges:
Any additional charges incurred outside the scope of the original agreement will be invoiced separately.

Invoice Delivery:
Invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the client unless otherwise specified.

Amendment of Terms:
Just Ask Bec reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
